Staff Software Developer - Enterprise AI

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of major platform initiatives.
• Manage Kubernetes: clusters, networking, operators, lifecycle.
• Design, build, and optimize distributed services on AWS and/or GCP.
• Drive engineering excellence with code quality, reviews, automation, CI/CD.
• Mentor engineers on architecture decisions and trade-offs.
• Partner with Product, AI, and Security to align architecture with business objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering with backend/infrastructure focus.
• Strong Python and/or Go production coding skills.
• Deep hands-on Kubernetes experience.
• Cloud-native fluency across AWS and/or GCP.
• Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or similar) and CI/CD.
• Familiarity with AI tooling and agentic AI patterns.
• Experience designing and operating distributed systems in production.
