🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role (TAM/CSM) in payments/fintech/SaaS.
- Strong API/SDK/webhooks knowledge; experience with system integrations.
- Hands-on experience designing/implementing/supporting payment stack integrations.
- Proven ability diagnosing and solving complex tech/operational issues with cross-functional teams.
- Experience as trusted enterprise tech advisor; post-sale relationships; QBRs; escalations.
- Commercial mindset; comfortable partnering with sales for upsell/cross-sell.
- Fluent in English; ability to explain technical concepts to engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-starter in fast-paced env; able to travel within Europe as required.
