๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Act as the technical owner for customers integrating Airwallex APIs and SDKs.
  • Build deep expertise in Airwallex payments, treasury, issuing and embedded finance.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex tech and operational challenges across the stack.
  • Serve as a strategic technical partner to enterprise clients; manage post-sale relationships.
  • Plan and lead regular business and technical reviews (QBRs) with action plans.
  • Own technical escalations, providing calm, structured leadership during incidents.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role in payments/fintech or SaaS.
  • Strong API/SDK/webhook knowledge and complex integration skills.
  • Hands-on experience designing and supporting payments integrations.
  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience as trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers; manage post-sale.
  • Commercial mindset; partner with sales on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Self-starter in fast-growth environments; travel within Europe as required.
