Design, build, and evolve the citizen‑developer platform and tools for easy automation.
Establish secure SDLC and guardrails for citizen‑developer apps.
Build self-serve tooling to reduce dependence on central engineers.
Design and maintain Temporal-based workflow infra (multitenancy, HA, cost).
Contribute to Kubernetes & GitOps (ArgoCD, Helm, Terraform) for safe deployments.
Participate in reviews and on-call rotation; lead incident response.

🎯 Requirements

6+ years in software/platform engineering building backend services.
Strong typed backend language: Golang/Java; Python or Bash for tooling.
Experience designing internal platforms or developer tooling for multiple teams.
Kubernetes and GitOps experience (ArgoCD, Terraform).
Experience building tooling for non-product users or low-code environments is a plus.
Experience with Temporal or similar workflow systems (Cadence, Airflow) is a plus.
