🎯 Requirements

- Experience partnering with engineering on architecture/platform or infrastructure initiatives; strong systems thinking.
- Experience managing large-scale tech programs (platform security, infra modernization).
- Proven ability to coordinate multi-team engineering initiatives across long horizons.
- Experience governing cross-team dependencies and risk across multi-quarter initiatives.
