Staff Security Engineer - Zero Labs

📋 Description

• Lead Adversary Emulation Program across Cloud, On-Prem, SaaS.
• Research real-world ransomware, wiper-ware, insider threat TTPs.
• Design automated attack logic using Ansible, Python, YAML.
• Create Scenario Manifests with blast radius, risk, and success criteria.
• Develop circuit breaker guardrails in isolated environments.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in Red Teaming, Threat Emulation, or Malware Analysis.
• Expert-level proficiency in Ansible and Python for IaC and attack orchestration.
• Deep OS internals knowledge (Windows/Linux), DB structures, Cloud Identity providers.
• Proven experience building offensive tools for production-adjacent environments with safety.
• Certifications preferred: OSCP, OSCE, or equivalent practical experience.
• Security certs like GCIH, GCFA, OSCP, or AWS Security are a plus.
