Design and implement BCP/DR programs per ISO 22301, NIST SP 800-34, ISO 27001
Conduct Business Impact Analyses to identify critical functions and recovery priorities
Define and maintain RTOs and RPOs for all critical systems
Develop and maintain disaster recovery playbooks and runbooks
Create and manage crisis communication frameworks for incidents
Lead tabletop exercises and DR drills to validate procedures

🎯 Requirements

7+ years hands-on cloud infra experience (AWS required)
Backup/recovery solutions (Veeam, Commvault, AWS Backup)
Cloud storage services (S3, EBS, EFS, RDS, DynamoDB)
Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi)
Containerized environments (ECS, EKS, Docker) backup/recovery patterns
Database backup and recovery procedures (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
