🎯 Requirements

Strong security engineering experience within technology organizations.
Proven track record leading complex end-to-end initiatives across teams.
Solid foundation in threat modeling, AppSec, IAM, data protection, cloud.
Experience defining security standards for cloud, APIs, CI/CD, and IaC.
AI-first mindset: using AI to investigate issues and automate.
Strong communication and influence with a hands-on mindset.
