- Hands-on Service Cloud: Case Mgmt, Knowledge Base, Omni-Channel, Service Console.
- Data modeling, reporting, analytics; Snowflake experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Agile/Scrum with Jira/Notion.
