  • Own and optimize Salesforce as the primary CRM across Servicing, Operations, Compliance, and Customer Success.
  • Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud and other systems.

  • 7+ years in Business Systems, Software, or Enterprise Applications (fintech/SaaS)
  • Deep Salesforce expertise; certifications preferred
  • Salesforce Service Cloud, Case Management, Omni-Channel, Service Console
  • Snowflake data modeling and analytics experience
  • LWC, Apex, declarative development; SQL; CI/CD (GitHub/BuildKite)
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration; Agile/Scrum; excellent communication
