🎯 Requirements

• Post-training SWE tasks experience; coding agents and data ingredients.
• Engineering management: led teams, interviewing, QA processes.
• Fluency in Python; proficiency in C++, Java, Go, Rust, or JS.
• Operational leadership; manage data pipelines and multi-stakeholder delivery.
• Cross-functional communicator with frontier labs and domain experts.
• Background in CS, ML or related field preferred.
