🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years in Release Engineering, DevOps, or SRE roles
- Experience with CI/CD systems: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, or Spinnaker
- Scripting or coding skills (Python, Go, Bash) and IaC with Terraform or Helm
- Understanding of release strategies (blue/green, canary, rolling) and artifact/versioning
- Passion for automation, testing, and scalable design
- Experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure
- Familiarity with observability tools and release health metrics
- Excellent communication and problem-solving
- Strong interest in having fun at work
