🎯 Requirements
- 12+ years of full-cycle recruiting, scaling Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Hardware orgs.
- Proven track record partnering with VP-level technical leaders to scale hiring.
- Significant experience navigating scaling challenges in a high-growth tech environment.
- Mastery of complex compensation packages and closing talent in a global market.
- Some executive search firm experience preferred.
- Proven ability to thrive as org scales; comfortable with ambiguity.
