Negotiate offers with equity structures and competing offers.
Serve as SME for autonomous aviation and robotics talent; provide data-driven insights.
Ensure searches build pipelines and deliver a strong candidate experience.

🎯 Requirements

12+ years of full-cycle recruiting, scaling Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Hardware orgs.
Proven track record partnering with VP-level technical leaders to scale hiring.
Significant experience navigating scaling challenges in a high-growth tech environment.
Mastery of complex compensation packages and closing talent in a global market.
Some executive search firm experience preferred.
Proven ability to thrive as org scales; comfortable with ambiguity.
