Develop measurement, inspection, and test methods for Control Plans.
Support change management and process development experiments.
Review PFMEAs and Control Plans; support updates.
Lead or assist in resolving manufacturing quality issues.
Participate in continuous improvement with design/manufacturing engineering and suppliers.
Support SPC activities to reduce variation in manufacturing.

🎯 Requirements

5-10 years of quality systems experience in manufacturing.
Experience with SPC, PFMEA, and Control Plans.
Strong aptitude with electronic test and measurement systems.
Proficiency reading mechanical drawings and wiring diagrams.
8D problem solving; DOE; Cpk/Ppk.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
