📋 Description

• Own the Project Intake process: vet requests, define scope, align stakeholders.
• Enforce compliance with the Product Development Process (PDP), ensuring all design reviews and safety gates are met.
• Support the engineering team in strategic purchasing—managing long-lead items and vendor relationships to keep the build on schedule.
• Translate technical milestones into clear executive updates, managing the budget and timeline.
• Relocation assistance is available.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a "Design-Build" environment rather than just software PM-ing.
• High proficiency in project management systems and software (Jira, Smartsheet, or MS Project).
• The ability to speak "Engineer," "Technician," and "Executive" fluently.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
