🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience; or 6+ with a Master’s; or 3+ with a PhD.
- Proven success in strategic planning, portfolio management and execution.
- Ability to influence without direct authority.
- Experience delivering programs across a large portfolio; Jira/Projects/Goals.
- Excellent communication and collaboration in matrixed orgs.
- Experience with Agile and hybrid methodologies.
