Staff Program Manager, Powertrain

📋 Description

• Develop and drive cross-functional program execution from design to production launch.
• Own and refine high-level LRU schedules for Archer’s Electrical Systems & Propulsion.
• Serve as primary cross-functional interface across Design, Test, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Facilities.
• Own DV and PV testing roadmap (V/MBSE) for Electric Propulsion; drive on-time testing.
• Own end-to-end readiness and launch of testing equipment; coordinate RFx with Supply Chain, Engineering, Real Estate and Finance.
• Establish and manage test program risk tracking and mitigation; drive risk burn-down.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering (related field).
• 5+ years hardware engineering program mgmt in aerospace focusing on NPD, testing & validation.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex technical challenges.
• Extreme ownership mindset; strong project management.
• Experience with in-house and outsourced testing with suppliers.
• Experience with electric/hybrid propulsion tech: HV battery packs, motors, inverters, BMS, GSE.
