🎯 Requirements
- 9+ years in leadership development or executive coaching.
- 3+ years coaching senior leaders.
- Proven in scaling and evolving leadership programs.
- Designing curriculum within an established leadership framework.
- Strong HR/People ecosystem knowledge within a People org.
- Experience integrating AI tools into leadership programs.
🎁 Benefits
- Active ICF coaching certification (ACC, PCC, or MCC) or equivalent.
- Familiarity with Insights Discovery or other leadership assessments.
- Background in organizational psychology or adult learning theory.
