Set up project tracking, status reporting, RAID logs, and cadence.
Prepare exec updates and run program reviews.
Forecast capacity; manage contractors and vendor engagements.
Coordinate AI tool rollouts (Glean, Claude Code, Cowork) and change management.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years of PM in tech, incl 2+ years leading AI/ML or data programs.
Proven track record managing complex cross-functional programs.
Strong executive communication; translate progress for leadership.
Jira, Asana; Agile, SAFe, or hybrid frameworks.
Vendor/contractor management; SOWs and budgets.
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification.
