📋 Description

• Build and evolve secure frameworks and guardrails.
• Design security controls for AI-assisted development.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering, product security, or app security with staff-level scope.
• Proficiency in Go, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience designing, building, and operating production systems and developer platforms.
• Experience building secure frameworks or guardrails across many teams.
• Ability to integrate security into CI/CD, code review, and release processes.
• Excellent communicator to explain technical detail and business impact to engineers and leadership.
