Staff Product Security Architect

📋 Description

• Serve as the dedicated security architect for Core DevOps leadership.
• Lead security architecture and design for Core DevOps initiatives.
• Identify and reduce systemic security risks in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
• Anticipate security challenges in upcoming Core DevOps initiatives and propose solutions early.
• Coordinate with AppSec to ensure security review coverage for Core DevOps.
• Conduct security architecture reviews across Plan, Create, Verify and Package stages.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep CI/CD security expertise (runner isolation, secrets mgmt, artifacts, supply chain)
• Strong SCM security (MR workflows, code review, branch protection, access control)
• Proven experience securing DevOps toolchains and systemic risks
• Ability to build trusted relationships with engineering leadership and influence direction
• Track record of proactive security architecture work
• Strong application security background (auth/authorization, injections, multi-tenant isolation)
