Staff Product Owner, Finance & Business Operations

📋 Description

• Define product strategy, roadmap, and execution for planning and analytics.
• Partner with Finance, Ops, Data Science, Analytics, IT, and Eng to improve workflows.
• Build systems to support planning cycles, forecasting, and decision-making.
• Identify AI use cases to speed workflows and improve productivity; validate outputs.
• Navigate strategic and tactical work; deliver growth and establish KPIs.
• Enable access to better data and analytics for faster decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s in CS/Engineering or related field, or equivalent.
• 12+ years product management; 3+ years in a global organization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
• PM ownership/experience in financial planning systems or analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, modeling, or decision-support workflows.
• Demonstrated hands-on use of AI in real business workflows with validation.
