Own shift scheduling and coverage planning for the Bangalore team.
Identify and close coverage gaps across regions and hours.
Act as day-to-day operational partner for the Bangalore support team.
Establish, scale, and continuously improve core support processes and cadences.
Partner with Support, Product, Engineering, and R&D Ops to align on workflows.
Drive cross-functional workstreams, manage dependencies, and progress through ambiguity.

🎯 Requirements

10-15+ years in product/support ops or cross-functional PM roles
Experience with support ops, workforce planning, shift coverage
Cross-functional leadership with Support, Product, Engineering, and Ops partners
Proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects
Advanced Google Workspace skills; create exec updates, MBR/QBR decks
AI-first mindset; experience with Claude Code, ChatGPT, Glean, Cursor
