Staff Product Manager - Voice AI

📋 Description

• Define and execute Voice AI Agent roadmap delivering scalable, intelligent voice automation for real-world outcomes.
• Partner with engineering and data science to integrate agentic AI patterns for autonomous conversational flows.
• Drive the design and evolution of agent behavior and prompting for lead capture, qualification, scheduling, and support.
• Influence AI governance, reliability, and human oversight to ensure transparent, compliant Voice AI systems.
• Translate customer insights into Voice AI strategy across Phone, SMS, and Webchat channels.
• Lead full-lifecycle product management from discovery to launch and iteration, aligning with Invoca’s platform goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in product management, preferably B2B SaaS or enterprise AI.
• 2+ years in conversational AI, voice assistants, or agent systems.
• Foundational knowledge of agentic AI; collaborate on model behavior with AI teams.
• Familiar with AI orchestration tools (LangChain, OpenAI ReAct).
• Strong understanding of ASR/TTS and NLU/LLMs in product use.
• Experience launching AI-driven products balancing innovation with compliance.
