📋 Description

• Own the strategic direction and long-term roadmap for Altruist’s trading platform.
• Architect a trading product strategy balancing rapid innovation with reliability.
• Translate complex trading workflows into high-performance advisor experiences.
• Lead high-stakes technical and vendor decisions; evaluate builds vs third-party integrations.
• Leverage AI-driven workflows and prototyping to accelerate development.
• Monitor KPIs and direct resources to resolve bottlenecks.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years PM experience at tech/fintech; launch and scale complex products.
• Trading or investment-platform experience; OMS/EMS familiarity.
• Foundational financial acumen; grasp of investment terms and broker-dealer ops.
• Deep technical literacy; engage with engineers and evaluate trade-offs.
• Exceptional communication; distill goals into concrete requirements.
• Bachelor's degree required; based in SF or LA; US market hours.
