📋 Description

• Own the strategic direction and long-term roadmap for the trading platform.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management in tech/fintech launching & scaling complex products.
• Experience in trading/investment platforms; OMS/EMS familiarity a plus.
• Foundational financial acumen, including investment terms and broker-dealer ops.
• Deep technical literacy to engage with engineers and assess trade-offs.
• Exceptional communication to distill goals into concrete requirements.
• Operational flexibility to support US market hours.
• Based in San Francisco or Los Angeles to stay close to leadership.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA and/or CFA preferred.
