🎯 Requirements

- 8+ years PM experience in manufacturing software or large-user apps.
- 3+ years software development experience; integrating with third-party systems.
- Proven ability to craft and execute product vision, roadmap, and releases.
- Strong communication; translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Nice to have: manufacturing processes knowledge (OEE, traceability, compliance).
