Staff Product Manager, Search & Monetization

📋 Description

• Own and drive search strategy in Firefox Desktop to grow engagement and revenue.
• Lead end-to-end experiments across browser search access points and monetization surfaces.
• Define success metrics with Data Science; analyze results; translate insights.
• Partner with Business Development to support search partnerships and align with contracts.
• Navigate trade-offs between user experience, privacy, tech constraints, and revenue.
• Contribute to quarterly/annual planning; identify risks, opportunities, and initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including revenue ownership.
• Proven experience leading experimentation programs and driving outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills; fluency with product analytics tools and SQL.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams; influencing without direct authority.
• Ability to balance user needs, privacy considerations, and business objectives.
• Excellent communication; comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
