Be the authoritative voice on age-appropriate experiences; align execs on tradeoffs.
Lead cross-functional work with Eng, Design, Data Science, Legal, Policy, and Ops.
Define and own safety metrics: tool efficacy, detection accuracy, false positives.
Ensure roadmap enables broader Discord goals; partner with Engagement, Growth, and Nitro.
Work with executives to drive decisions in high-stakes, ambiguous environments.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years product management or shipping software experience.
Track record owning complex consumer products; executive buy-in.
Deep expertise in Trust & Safety or teen safety.
Strong communication with execs and cross-functional partners.
Experience partnering with Design to ship user-facing features.
Experience building ML-based products; comfortable with data pipelines.
