🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years product management experience.
• Direct marketplace experience; understand competing customer objectives.
• This role goes beyond a traditional product role; cross-functional, growth/CRM experience a plus.
• AI-first mindset; move faster and shape brand tools with AI.
• Highly customer-focused with strong qualitative and quantitative judgment.
• Strong strategic thinking and execution; able to set vision and drive details.
• Proven zero-to-one product experience from concept to launch.
• Structured communicator and systems thinker.
• Experience leading major launches with go-to-market and marketing teams.
• Experience with product analytics, A/B testing, and modeling impact.
• Proven cross-functional leader influencing across execs.
• Owner and builder; willing to dive into details across a large scope.
