- AI/ML Fluency: Proven track record of identifying AI-driven opportunities in a product ecosystem.
- Domain Expertise: Order management, fulfillment, logistics, or related tooling.
- Strategic Communication: Clear verbal and written communication for executives.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficient with agile, data analytics, and A/B testing.
- Customer Centricity: Strong empathy for customers; voice of the customer.
