🎯 Requirements

7+ years of Product Management experience.
Balance long-term strategy with pragmatic execution.
Experience mentoring and growing a team.
Executive-level contributor; build trust across teams.
Strong interpersonal skills to prioritize and negotiate.
Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline preferred.
