- 10+ years of product management in People/HR tech, Talent, or Legal/CLM.
- Proven cross-functional leadership across HR, Legal, IT, Security, and Finance.
- Deep familiarity with HRIS, ATS, performance/engagement, learning, compensation, and CLM workflows.
- Strong technical acumen: data models, APIs and REST, events, and integrations.
- Strategic thinker and fast mover; frames ambiguous problems and ships iteratively.
- Customer-obsessed with internal users; runs discovery with employees, candidates, HR/TA, and Legal.
