  • Deliver unified hire-to-retire and contract lifecycle across employees, candidates, and Legal stakeholders.
  • Define and own the product vision for HRIS, ATS, CLM, and related People Tech and Legal systems.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery for People Tech and Legal systems with measurable outcomes.
  • Use automation, integrations, and GenAI workflows to transform recruiting, onboarding, and contracts.
  • Establish and own product metrics and drive roadmaps to improve them.
  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, Security, and Finance to embed controls for SOX, SOC 2, and privacy.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management in People/HR tech, Talent, or Legal/CLM.
  • Proven cross-functional leadership across HR, Legal, IT, Security, and Finance.
  • Deep familiarity with HRIS, ATS, performance/engagement, learning, compensation, and CLM workflows.
  • Strong technical acumen: data models, APIs and REST, events, and integrations.
  • Strategic thinker and fast mover; frames ambiguous problems and ships iteratively.
  • Customer-obsessed with internal users; runs discovery with employees, candidates, HR/TA, and Legal.
