🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure
- Hands-on with payment rails (ACH/cards), KYC/AML, and fraud tooling
- Managed card networks or banking partner relationships; know Visa contacts
- Strong understanding of US regulatory environment: CFTC, BSA/AML, KYC
- Product-minded: analyze funnels, run experiments, and focus on UX
- Technical: read APIs and debug; can read webhook payloads
