Staff Product Manager, Paid User Acquisition

📋 Description

• Lead product initiatives to optimize Reddit's paid user acquisition.
• Define the UA roadmap balancing long-term investments with ongoing optimization.
• Architect tools and processes for a state-of-the-art acquisition stack.
• Design seamless user flows to retain acquired users and convey Reddit's value.
• Partner with Design, Data Science and Engineering to scale the marketing tech.
• Ensure attribution models, paid funnels and incrementality metrics are understood and used.

🎯 Requirements

• Foundational understanding of the performance marketing and user acquisition ecosystem.
• Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in CS, Stats, Econ, Eng, Math, Physics, or related field.
• 4+ years as a Product Manager for a machine learning product OR 5+ years as a Data Scientist working with product teams.
• 1+ years of experience specifically in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Proven ability to deliver complex, scaled projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills with applied statistical analysis.
