🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in crypto and/or fintech.
- Operate at Staff scope: set strategy, align multiple teams, own outcomes.
- Proven ability to ship high-impact consumer products end-to-end.
- Deep user empathy with ability to abstract technical complexity into simple UX.
- Excellent communicator who can influence senior stakeholders and articulate tradeoffs.
- Thrives in ambiguity and builds systems that scale with evolving ecosystems.
