🎯 Requirements
- Senior/staff IC with 8-10+ years owning complex internal and external products.
- Experience with information retrieval, AI search/ranking, RAG, AI/LLM tooling, automated extraction.
- Experience with content platforms, structured data, CMSs, and AI-enabled search.
- Systems thinking: abstractions and schemas; ability to work with engineers to implement.
- Excellent communicator clear and persuasive, able to turn chaos into clarity.
- Run clean, effective agile ceremonies and adapt rituals to team needs.
