Staff Product Manager, Inspire & App

📋 Description

• Own the vision and roadmap for Inspire discovery and the Faire mobile app.
• Own top-of-funnel discovery surfaces: homepage, categories, hubs, and navigation.
• Lead the mobile app redesign with IA, navigation, core interactions, and craft.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Marketing.
• Define and track success metrics; run experiments to guide a roadmap.
• Work with the CEO and leadership to shape Inspire's strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product experience at high-growth tech firms or startups.
• Proven ownership of top-of-funnel or high-engagement surfaces.
• Mobile product depth: owned a native app and improved app metrics.
• 0-1 experience launched new products from scratch.
• Highly collaborative and persuasive communicator; strong written and verbal skills.
• Deep user empathy; understand needs and craft thoughtful experiences.
