Staff Product Manager, Identity and Access Management

📋 Description

• Lead the evolution of CoreWeave IAM across products.
• Define IAM strategy and roadmap with engineering, security, and product teams.
• Partner with customers and stakeholders to ensure security and reliability.
• Drive a modern, enterprise IAM that supports large-scale AI workloads.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product management in enterprise identity/security or cloud infra.
• Proven ownership of identity, authentication, and authorization products.
• Deep IAM concepts: least-privileged access, SSO, MFA, authn/authz.
• Hands-on with OIDC/OAuth, SAML, PKI.
• Cloud infrastructure knowledge and IaC tools (Kubernetes, Terraform).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
