📋 Description

  • Own the client-facing payment journey across Deel’s surfaces.
  • Lead payment setup: cards, bank transfers, autopay.
  • Define payment permissions and roles.
  • Shape automatic and recurring payment flows.
  • Improve visibility of status, receipts, FX, and fees.
  • Collaborate with Treasury, PSPs, and related teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • Senior or Staff Product Manager in B2B SaaS or fintech.
  • Strong judgment in complex, regulated money-moving systems.
  • Experience owning client-facing workflows on backend platforms.
  • Deep empathy for UX; balance with technical constraints.
  • Comfort in ambiguous spaces; align multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to influence without authority and lead via collaboration.
  • Nice to have: native mobile apps experience.
  • Nice to have: payments, billing, invoicing exposure.
