Staff Product Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the platform experience layer of Sysdig's CNAPP; define reusable UX patterns.
• Study workflows of security personas and translate them into scalable platform conventions.
• Define and lead platform-level metrics: coverage, ingestion health, time-to-value.
• Instrument the product to detect adoption friction and close gaps.
• Lead by influence across engineering teams to ensure platform-first capabilities.
• Partner with design, product marketing, CS, and solutions to reduce deployment complexity.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years PM experience; platform or cross-cutting product work.
• Cloud security or CNAPP-related experience; stay current with trends.
• Experience working across multiple engineering teams.
• Fluency with AWS, Azure, or GCP and container orchestration.
• Experience defining product metrics; data-driven decisions.
• Platform thinker with design sensibility and strong cross-team collaboration; ownership.
