Staff Product Manager, Data Intelligence Platform

📋 Description

• Define and maintain the strategy and roadmap for the reporting engine
• Partner with engineering to deliver performance, scalability, and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data is reportable by default
• Translate complex tradeoffs into clear, actionable product priorities
• Understand internal and external users, driving improvements in reporting APIs
• Create educational content and guides to simplify reporting concepts

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management, ideally in reporting/analytics or data platforms
• Experience partnering with engineers on complex systems involving queries and performance
• Strong communication to explain topics to engineering and business audiences
• Strategic thinker balancing customer needs with scalability and architecture
• Backlog, roadmap, and discovery success for platform or infrastructure products
• Familiarity with data-intensive or regulated domains (e.g., finance) is a plus
