📋 Description

  • Own the vision, roadmap, and metrics for Conversations.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives across Conversations, CRM, AI, and platform systems.
  • Reduce TTP, improve CSAT, and drive expansion through adoption.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and GTM teams; mentor PMs.
  • Scale the Conversations platform across channels and millions of messages.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8–12+ years in product management in B2B SaaS.
  • Deep experience with messaging, inboxes, CRM, or support tools.
  • Proven track record moving activation, TTP, CSAT, retention, expansion.
  • Systems thinker across UX, backend, data, and integrations.
  • Excellent written/async communication in distributed teams.
  • Comfortable operating at Staff level with cross-team influence.
  • Bonus: omnichannel messaging, AI features, pricing or monetization.
