🎯 Requirements

- Proven track record moving activation, TTP, CSAT, retention, expansion.
- Systems thinker across UX, backend, data, and integrations.
- Excellent written/async communication in distributed teams.
- Comfortable operating at Staff level with cross-team influence.
- Bonus: omnichannel messaging, AI features, pricing or monetization.
