Staff Product Manager, Consumer Mobile

📋 Description

• Own strategy/roadmap for Grow’s consumer mobile experience.
• Build a consumer-grade mobile app with quality, trust, and engagement.
• Drive adoption and engagement across iOS and Android.
• Lead 0→1 product development for new mobile experiences.
• Develop AI-powered product experiences balancing usefulness and safety.
• Partner with mobile/backend eng, design, data science, and PMs to test and iterate.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in consumer product management with UX focus.
• Mobile product expertise: owned iOS/Android products with strong UX.
• 0→1 mindset: built products from scratch in ambiguous environments.
• Cross-functional collaboration with eng, design, data, and domain experts.
• Strategic thinking: connect daily work to long-term goals and tradeoffs.
• AI-native curiosity: experience with AI-powered products is a plus.
