Staff Product Manager, AI

📋 Description

• Own and scale a new area of our AI-native suite from early product to broad adoption.
• Design systems, not features — data capture to AI synthesis to workflows.
• Define good AI in a trust-critical product: transparent and user-controlled.
• Partner with Reviews, Grow, and Calibration to be core to Lattice.
• Lead through ambiguity and own the hardest product questions.

🎯 Requirements

• 7 to 12+ years building complex, data-rich, or workflow-heavy products.
• Builder mindset; prototypes, design tools, and AI tools (Claude, Cursor, coding agents).
• A strong bias toward execution and iteration - ship real products.
• Excellent prioritization; identify highest-leverage opportunities.
• High agency, ownership; proactively move what matters most.
• AI/ML experience (LLMs) in shipped products; know when not to use AI.
