Staff Product Manager

📋 Description

• Drive strategy and execution for Identity Resilience capabilities.
• Expand use cases; keep identity providers and infrastructure operational.
• Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to align roadmap.
• Define key success metrics and use data-driven decisions.
• Drive AI-native product development leveraging agentic workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in Product Management, focusing on B2B cybersecurity/IAM.
• Experience in activity monitoring, large data analysis, threat detection and response.
• Deep IAM security knowledge; hands-on with AD, Entra ID, Okta, or AWS Identity Center.
• Proven ability to translate complex identity security concepts into user-friendly solutions.
• Experience taking products from concept to product-market fit and lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
