🎯 Requirements

8+ years of product management, incl. 4+ years in senior/staff roles
Experience leading complex B2B, platform, AI, or workflow products
Strong product judgment with measurable business outcomes
Deep curiosity about AI and hands-on AI-powered products
Balance customer/internal needs, technical constraints, and business goals
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience using data and experimentation to drive product decisions
Ability to discuss architecture and AI trade-offs with tech teams
