Staff Product Manager

📋 Description

• Lead product strategy across complex enterprise engagements from discovery to roadmaps.
• Shape cross-client product strategy by identifying patterns and scalable AI delivery.
• Own AI product quality end-to-end with metrics, guardrails, and readiness standards.
• Turn delivery learnings into internal product IP, telemetry standards, and curricula.
• Navigate stakeholder dynamics, build exec relationships, drive SOW expansion.
• Lead 0→1 validation of AI products via rapid prototyping and iteration.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years product mgmt in B2B SaaS, enterprise AI, or applied AI/ML.
• Platform-level operator who builds reusable IP and standards.
• Comfortable with AI/ML systems including agent architectures, retrieval, observability, and LLM behavior.
• Strong judgment for AI product quality with measurable business outcomes.
• Exceptional writing skills for durable strategy docs and client specs.
• Able to advise senior leaders on AI operating models and change management.
