- Strong APIs, system design, data flow, and failure handling.
- Pragmatic about scope; can trim a catalog to what’s important.
- Product-minded; think in workflows and outcomes.
- Willingness to work in Elixir (backend); strong Python; React/PostgreSQL a plus.
