Partner with PM, Engineering, and Data to define problems and priorities.
Own end-to-end initiatives from discovery to polished, accessible UX.
Contribute to and evolve our design system for platform cohesion.
Mentor peers and raise craft quality across the team.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in product design.
Portfolio with accessible, performant end-to-end design for web and mobile.
Partner with PM and Engineering to shape priorities and roadmaps.
Strong customer empathy for small businesses and hourly workers.
Excellent cross-functional communication and influence.
Experience contributing to design systems and scalable patterns.
